Introduction to setting personal boundaries with old friends, places, substances, etc. What personal boundaries have you had to set in order to make change? Moving away from people/environments that tempt us and moving towards people/environments that support us. We can't undo the results of the choices we've made, but we CAN take responsibility for them.
