Whether it's about sports or business or learning the arts, we know it takes practice. We need to understand that relationships are no different.
The more we understand what our relationships are about and the more conscious effort we are willing to put into our relationships, the better our chances will be of getting what we want.
Three basic principles covered are:
(1) no relationship is healthier than both are willing and able to make it,
(2) relationships take skills, not just good will, and
(3) the first commitment must be to personal growth.
