In this program, Henderson stresses personal empowerment and positive life changes, as he speaks to a group of inmates about his experiences with addiction and subsequent incarceration. While he says, "you are the problem," he says also, "you are the solution." He discusses how those behind bars must realize that their present condition is determined by their past behavior, yet there is still time to make their life "work" again, and avoid returning to the penitentiary.

How? When you are alone .... do the right thing. He shares how his own life is now full and functioning, without resorting to alcohol, drugs or violence. Henderson's humor and believable anecdotes bring his message home: each inmate must take charge of his own future, to ensure his own personal success.
